We are looking for a partner projects engineer who will design and implement platform solutions used by some of the largest and most innovative businesses in the world.

Responsibilities

As a Growth Specialist, you’ll work across the entire company to support key growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue for the business through digital campaign creation, management, optimization, and reporting. Candidates would ideally have one to two years of experience working with direct response or performance marketing campaigns:

  • Support the day to day execution of media buys through online platforms
  • Work with the Growth & Marketing team to develop and maintain the advertising/media strategy for the company, increasing consumer awareness and acquisition
  • Create and own dashboards for management and optimization of campaigns
  • Campaign strategy and creation, campaign management, meticulous monitoring and reporting, and testing strategy and execution
  • Generate and execute new testing ideas, and report on results and learnings
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and ultimately own one to two paid marketing channels, as well as the reporting processes
  • Learn from a team of kick-ass marketers that have grown several massive companies

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working hands-on in a performance marketing capacity with one or more of these channels: paid search (Google Adwords, Bing Ads), paid social, native, display
  • Aptitude for rigorous quantitative analysis
  • Familiarity with direct response campaigns with precise KPIs
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Looker, Google Analytics, etc), and ability to report regularly and consistently on campaign metrics
  • Excellent Excel skills, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn about new marketing channels and strategies, and work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Be a results-oriented self-starter, and a clear and strategic thinker
  • Bachelor's degree required
