K Health is building an operational layer to support our clinical staff manage the day-to-day of our telemedicine practice, specifically as it pertains to operational efficiency. A candidate for this role must be data-driven, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. The role will require striking a balance between assertiveness and empathy to ensure all team members feel supported while being managed to increase performance.
On this team, you’ll need to be intimately familiar with key KPI’s and our telemedicine business operations. While on shift, you will be expected to be in constant communication with our clinical team, ensuring they are fully supported and adhering to company policies. Outside of the specific shift management tasks, we’ll also expect feedback on areas we can improve both the user and provider experience.
