About the role:
K Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our analytics team.
Typical projects you can expect include but are not limited to:
- Developing frameworks for analyzing funnels
- Designing experiments to test hypotheses on high-impact changes to improve conversion
- Deep dive into creative performance to identify trends that inform additional creative development
- Manage Google Analytics to ensure we are tracking all the critical steps in the user-journey
- Develop attribution models that help us measure the performance of our marketing channels
Must Haves:
- 5+ years experience as a data analyst
- 2+ years experience analyzing marketing data specifically
- Strong proficiency with SQL a must
- Working knowledge of A/B experimentation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, look-up functions, etc.)
- Proven data presentation ability
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of direct to consumer marketing
- Strong business acumen; can consider higher-level business context and thinking while still approaching analytical problems with technical precision and data-mindedness
Bonuses:
- Experience developing marketing attribution models
- Knowledge and/or experience with BI tools (Looker preferred)
- Past experience with the design and execution of A/B Experiments
