K Health is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager / Director that will translate market feedback to industry-changing products. This role requires an individual who excels at insight gathering, cross-functional collaboration and product marketing at scale. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a track record of successful go-to-market strategies, who can balance recommending short- and long-term solutions to better meet consumer needs globally.
This person thrives in complex and fast-paced environments and can effortlessly pivot from executing focused product improvements to leading global product launches with partners, often simultaneously. You balance thinking and acting, and pull a strategy through to tactics and execution. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the Chief Product Officer and executive leadership.
Core responsibilities:
- Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize products that solve their deepest healthcare needs
- Inform our product roadmap and product experience, in partnership with Product and ENG based on deep consumer insights
- Identify the right segmentation, positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics for new and existing products
- Design learning agendas to assess product resonance
- Develop campaigns that get users’ attention
- Build out product marketing team
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years experience; 3+ of those years in product marketing or product specifically
- Ability to roll up your sleeves (e.g., help write UX copy, prioritize technical backlog) while also driving long-term strategy that creates deeply delightful products
- Experience launching and scaling multiple successful products in close collaboration with technical partners (Product, Eng)
- Experience thriving in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Proven track record of excellent project management and building consensus among cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working on both web and mobile applications
- Strong bias towards action
- Desire to close health disparities at scale
