K Health is seeking an experienced Healthcare Provider Recruiter that will attract the best clinical talent to the organization. Recruitment efforts will target various roles including family practice physicians, emergency medicine physicians, internal medicine physicians, pediatricians, psychiatrists and advanced practice providers. We anticipate significantly growing our provider base and this individual will be instrumental in leading this work. This individual excels at collaborating with stakeholders, building networks and assessing talent. The ideal candidate is able to define and execute against an acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s needs.
This person thrives in complex and fast-paced environments and can effortlessly pivot from generating job descriptions to implementing recruiting programs, to serving as a thought partner to leadership to assisting non-technical business partners on critical hires, often simultaneously. This person balances strategy and execution, stopping at nothing to attract, convert and retain top talent.
