K Health is seeking an experienced Healthcare Provider Recruiter that will attract the best clinical talent to the organization. Recruitment efforts will target various roles including family practice physicians, emergency medicine physicians, internal medicine physicians, pediatricians, psychiatrists and advanced practice providers. We anticipate significantly growing our provider base and this individual will be instrumental in leading this work. This individual excels at collaborating with stakeholders, building networks and assessing talent. The ideal candidate is able to define and execute against an acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s needs.

This person thrives in complex and fast-paced environments and can effortlessly pivot from generating job descriptions to implementing recruiting programs, to serving as a thought partner to leadership to assisting non-technical business partners on critical hires, often simultaneously. This person balances strategy and execution, stopping at nothing to attract, convert and retain top talent.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies alongside the Medical Leadership Team
  • Source, attract, screen and hire exceptional talent
  • Determine productive recruitment channels
  • Create K’s recruitment playbook to deliver consistent experience across the organization
  • Manage toward benchmark-based metrics to achieve talent acquisition efficiency, quality and candidate experience goals
  • Partner with human resource to develop effective pre on boarding processes that lead to successful onboarding

Qualifications: You have...

  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience, at least 2 years of dedicated healthcare provider recruitment
  • A candidate-first mindset and deliver consistent, positive experiences for applicants
  • An ability to create collaborative relationships across the organization
  • A keen eye for identifying talent & the influence needed to close contracts
  • A track record of hiring candidates who add value and tenure to the organization
  • Ambitious goals and the drive to see them through
